Having resided in Underhill VT over the past 18 years, I have had the pleasure of raising my daughter here and enjoying the many opportunities this lovely area has to offer my family and me. We have made many friends and established great connections with this wonderful area.

I have been involved in the community in several venues. I coached the Browns River Middle School cross country team; I have been a referee for middle and high school field hockey, and I have worked at a seemingly endless number of swim meets. My husband sits on Underhill’s Development Review Board. My office is located above the Underhill Country Store, where many locals go for coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and delicious lunches.

My family’s activities and my own have given me the opportunity to become well versed in the Chittenden East community. I will often know of a buyer searching for a particular listing before it even comes on the market. I may have several sellers, and I have the ability to determine the best market approach for their particular property, even if each of them is different.

As a family we also enjoy the benefits of living close to Smugglers’ Notch Ski Area. Both my husband and daughter work part time as ski instructors, while I simply enjoy the awesome skiing on Smuggs’ vast terrain.
