My New Blog

Man, it has been one of the wettest summers I can remember. Everyone has their own predictions as to what this means for fall and winter, personally I am hoping for a sunny, warm September and I will worry about the rest of the year after September.

Regarding the real estate market it has been very busy for me. I have not been this busy since 2005 and I think this year (or rather this spring/summer) is even better. How unusual that the news is all doom and gloom but in this neck of the woods it is moving. Lower than last year in value but not significantly.

So, heads up buyers and sellers it seems we have crossed over a barrier and life and real estate move on again!
