Okay, so I thought we were just about at the end of our economy talks this summer when low and behold the housing industry has this huge impact on Wall Street and World Markets. So, here we are again but this time I think a little worse.

I do believe we are in a recession and I do believe that we are here for a little while. I also think they we might see so more contraction of real estate prices. Perhaps not a huge contraction in this area but we will indoubtably see more.

So hang on to your seats we are in for a bit of a ride. Remember though, if you are buying and selling in the same market you may lose some on the selling side but you can gain on the buying side.
