So what is really happening in our market? Properties that have either a great view or acreage seem to be holding thier own. If you have a property with great views of the green mountains or the adirondacks chances are you will find a buyer rather quickly; to add to this if your 'view' also has over 10 acres of land to go with it it will sell even more quickly. So, those properties that have what buyers are looking for are doing quite well and do not seem to be affected by a 'slow market'. Good news for buyers is that these properties are not, however experiencing the huge jump in value that they did two years ago.

As for all the other real estate in the Jericho /Underill areas have returned to a more normal market where conditin and location are the key factors for value.
